Project name: Recycling of wastewater from non-ferrous metal smelting industry
Customer unit: Lingbao Gold Group Co., LTD
Scheme design: 14t/h+3t/h evaporator salt separation system
MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression technology, which uses the secondary steam and energy generated by the evaporation system itself to compress low-grade steam into a high-grade steam heat source through the mechanical work of the steam compressor. This cycle provides heat energy to the evaporation system, reducing the demand for external energy, thereby improving thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption, reducing pollution, and achieving the purpose of energy saving.
Multi-effect evaporator is the heating steam into the evaporator, the liquid heated boiling steam generated as a secondary steam to be used to introduce the next level of evaporator, multiple evaporators connected in turn to form multi-effect evaporation. Secondary steam as a condition for heating steam: the evaporator operating pressure and solution temperature should be lower than the previous evaporator.
Project results
1. Realized resource recycling:
Sodium sulfate purity is greater than 98%, industrial dry salt grade, in line with GB/T6009-2014 index requirements.
2. The operating cost of a ton of water is about 60 yuan, and the operating cost is controlled reasonably to realize the transformation of resources into treasures.
